TT-30K
This
is the same machine as the TT-30
described below except it has a knocker system
built in to help the
containers feed into the machine’s lanes.
This
machine was
also developed at the direction of one of our customers and has
become our newest offering.
It can count containers at over 500 per minute.
Price for the TT-30K is $14,400. We have 30 of these in the field so far.
CC-1048
This
is a 10 lane machine that lifts
the containers and drops them into the counting lanes
where the
knocker helps to train the containers into lanes and the conveyor
belt takes them
to the sensors then drops them.
Clearance
from
the counter to the floor is 42” so a large container can be used to
collect
the counted product.
The
CC-1048 is
50” wide, 120” long
and 81” tall. It is heavy duty stainless steel construction
and is mounted on 6” diameter casters.
List price is $25,000.
Standard offerings:
TT-30
The
TT-30 is a
6 lane can and bottle counter. It counts aluminum cans and
clear plastic
bottles. All stainless construction and mounted on casters
for an adjustable height.
A screen table is included to help eliminate debris.
The TT-30 is 29” wide x 46”’ long. The screen table is 24” wide x 48” long.
The TT-30 was designed for redemption centers and this model's list price is $12,400.
It has an optional receipt printer that adds $800 to the price.
We have over 300 of these in the field right now.
We have sold more than 10 of these.
Single lane milk jug counter
This one sells for $1,600. Can be used to count two and three liter bottles.
Glass Bottle Crusher
The glass bottle crusher
was developed to reduce the volume of glass in the bottle
deposit recycling process.
Moving cases of bottles from
the distributors to the glass processing plants is costly
because of the relatively large volume of the cases. So many
distributors solve this problem
by crushing the glass bottles and trucking the crushed glass in 'roll
off'
containers or large
dump trucks. (The remaining empty cardboard cases can be bailed and
sold.)
JK Peris, Inc. makes a glass bottle crusher designed specifically for this application.
We started making this
product in 2003 and we have made improvements in the
product
over the years. We believe we manufacture possibly the best Glass Bottle
Crusher in the
world. We make
this claim based on the experience of our customers. We know that it can
process 45,000 pounds in an 8 hour day, 5 days a
